Sonya Kopp

Randomness Manager

Sonya Kopp graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science, where she began her career in Administrative Coordination at UPMC in the Department of Transplant Pathology. That first step started a journey that has taken her across the United States and culminated in 18 years of experience in her field.

As her title — Randomness Manager — suggests, Sonya supports a plethora of projects at Suchy Design, ranging from print production management and logistical execution of major political campaign materials to the backbone of human resources documentation and processes management, social media coordination, research and the complexities of juggling everything from digital advertising to bookkeeping.

Sonya recognized her passion for customer service as a teen working at a video rental store. She valued customer engagement and fully implementing the “customer is always right” approach and continues this work ethic in all projects, client interactions and relations. She’s known for bringing a calm and friendly approach to every project and everyone with whom she interacts.

Sonya never stops moving, by choice and force, now that she has three young sons with her husband. They enjoy tent camping at the beach and in the mountains, being outdoors whenever possible and listening to random and obscure music and records.

Hanna Suchy

Design Deputy

Hanna's love for design and the arts took root in high school, where she pursued every creative outlet available, from ceramics and cooking to web design. That curiosity led her to a formative internship with Suchy Design in 2020, where her creative instincts truly began to flourish.

She went on to study photography at Ridgewater Community College and now supports graphic design projects at Suchy Design. She also enjoys helping others build their digital presence, from setting up websites to sharing social media strategies that help businesses grow. Her background in mail operations and daily organizational work has further sharpened her attention to detail and made her a reliable, steady presence on any project. At her core, Hanna is someone who loves helping people succeed, and she brings that same spirit to everything she takes on.

When she's not working, you can find Hanna foraging and hunting in the woods, hosting dinner parties, or tending to her many plants. She's a social butterfly who loves live music and is always chasing a new adventure. Her latest is Hanna's Kitchen, a small farmers' market business where she sells maple syrup, canned goods, and fresh-baked treats.
